ALL ABOUT CONCEALERS

Makeup is love for all ladies. Who doesn't want to look beautiful and attractive? Even in today’s life men also started their interests in makeup. If you are a makeup artist then you should have to be different from others and have each and every key detail in makeup. So, today let’s learn about concealers. What concealers are? How to use concealers? Why to use concealers? All those questions will be solved today so let's get started.

A concealer is a type of cosmetic product that is used to cover unevenness of the skin like dark circles, age spots, open pores, and blemishes that are visible to your skin. It is from a base color family which means they look similar to foundation, but thicker are thicker in texture and are used to hide various different face problems.

As concealer and foundations both are of the same color family they all are used to cover your skin flaws the only difference between them is that concealers are a bit thicker in consistency than foundations and are used to cover unevenness and over which foundations are to be used to complete 100% coverage. Concealers are more heavily pigmented, though both concealer and foundations are widely available in the market.

You can use a concealer all alone or along with foundation also. It comes in different forms that could be liquid or creamy. Concealers are available in a variety of shades in the market and choosing best for your skin could be confusing. If you desire of much fairer look then choose a concealer of tone to tone and if you prefer a natural tone to tone flawless makeup then you must go with one shade darker concealers as your skin problems are always darker than your skin tone so always choose concealers wisely for a perfect finish. Concealers with yellow undertone hide dark circles and pigmentations.

If you don’t want full coverage and just need to hide skin problems then you can also wear concealers all alone as well and when you are wearing foundations avoid rubbing the area after applying concealers as we have to concentrate the specific area, rubbing will decrease the effects of concealers.

ACNE

’An Orange A Day Might help to keep the Acne at BAY”

Who the hell is Acne?

It’s a bacterial infection & not a CORONA VIRUS. Which will force us to be Home quarantined and also, we have various home remedies topical ointment & some nutrients which can help us to reduce the production of Acne.

Acne is caused due to the increased sebum (oil) which is produced by Our Sebaceous Gland (oil Gland), This sebum production is under the influence of the male sex hormone called Androgen.

ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE ACNE
At first you may think I’m MAD but yes, the reason of getting acne is testosterone the hormone that stimulates the sebaceous gland (sebum producing gland) activity.

Ok, let me tell you the connection between Testosterone and Acne
Testosterone belongs to a class of male sex hormones called androgens, which can trigger acne by over- stimulating oil glands. They can also change the skin cells that line hair follicles, making them sticky and more likely to clog pores.

Here’s how it works: Tiny glands are inside the pores of your skin, and they produce an oil called “sebum.”  Sebum carries dead skin cells from follicles to your skin’s surface, but when there is too much of it, follicles become clogged and pimples can emerge.

Testosterone increases the production of sebum, making it a prime acne culprit.
Though testosterone is thought of as a male hormone, female ovaries produce it in small amounts. Women produce other androgens that can worsen acne as well.  Most women with acne still have normal levels of testosterone. However, if you have other signs of abnormally high testosterone, such as excess facial or body hair, deep voice, and irregular menstrual period, you may want to talk about hormone testing with your doctor.

Oral contraceptives (birth control pills) are the most
Common form that causes acne.
TREATING HORMONAL ACNE-
If your Doctor believes that high testosterone levels or other hormonal issues are to blame for Acne, they may recommend a variety of treatments, in addition to  topical remedies such as retinoids, that may prescribe  hormonal therapies.

HOME REMEDIES-
1-A pack of mint & curd can help to reduce Acne.  2-Application of Tomato juice can reduce Acne.

TOPICAL OINMENTS-
Application of Clindac A, Benzac or Panoxyl can dry the Acne
(But should be used only if the Doctor Prescribes)
FOOD-
Rich in Vitamin A, C & E. (All three are powerful Antioxidants) can help to eliminate milder cases of Acne. E.g.-Orange and yellow fruits and vegetables.
